계정 삭제
앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- 앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 메뉴(≡) → 내 정보 · 언어로 들어가요.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인해요.
계정, 프로필, 불빛 기록, 메시지, 기기 정보가 즉시 영구 삭제되고 가족에서도 나가게 돼요.
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
가입한 방법(카카오·Apple·Google)과 앱에서 쓰던 이름을 적어 mijin@artifactai.co.nz로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 알려드려요.
삭제되는 정보와 남는 정보
- 삭제: 계정, 이름·도시 등 프로필, 불빛 기록, 주고받은 메시지, 알림용 기기 정보
- 남는 정보: 없음. 단, 결제 기록은 Apple·Google이 법에 따라 보관해요.
- 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않아요. App Store 또는 Google Play에서 따로 해지해 주세요.
Delete your account
In the app
- Open the app → menu (≡) → My details · language.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account, profile, light history, notes and device data are deleted immediately and permanently, and you leave your family.
Can't use the app?
Email mijin@artifactai.co.nz with how you signed up (Kakao, Apple or Google) and your name in the app. We'll delete it within 7 days of verifying it's you.
What's kept
Nothing. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google as the law requires. Your store subscription is not cancelled automatically — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
